Fostering children for six years stood Julie in good stead when she decided on a career change and moved to the youth care sector.
Starting with Safe Places as a youth worker in early 2017, Julie is now a case manager. In this interview, Julie speaks about the different perspectives she's experienced caring for young people, the challenges of both roles and what this has taught her about working from the heart.
